Your privacy
What we collect when you use this site, and why.
What you tell us
When you send a form (Contact, Free BOV, Request info, Deal Alerts, the data room or a confidentiality agreement) we keep what you enter — your name, e-mail, phone and any property details — so our brokers can reply and send you what you asked for. Deal Alerts sign-ups go to our e-mail service (Constant Contact); every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
How the site is used
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. We also set one first-party cookie with a random ID (no name, no e-mail) so we know which listings and pages get interest. If you later contact us or sign up, your earlier visits on this site and listings.salientrealtygroup.com are linked to you, so the broker helping you knows what you've already looked at. Visits that are never linked to anyone are deleted after 12 months.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the Salient brokers working with you and the services that run this site for us (hosting, e-mail, analytics).
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser, unsubscribe from any e-mail, or ask us to see or delete what we hold about you: call 314-200-5352 or write to Salient Realty Group, 4400 Chouteau Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110.
